All orders can be cancelled before fulfilment time cutoff which is as follows.
- 12 PM (midday for Dubai and Abu Dhabi same-day delivery - except Fridays)
- 8PM evening for next day delivery.
Whichever comes first is the cutoff time.
Cancellation requests after these time slots are rejected as the orders has already been transferred to the courier agent.
Purchases made vis COD (Cash on Delivery) will be cancelled upon with no charge.
Purchases made via Credit / Debit Card will be refunded via EcigUAE store credit within 48 hours from a claim if approved. Customer may choose a refund to Card, the amount may take up to 45 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
EcigUAE has no hand in speeding the refund, this entirely depends on the issuing bank.
EcigUAE has a strict age policy. We only deliver orders for customers aged 20 years and above. Orders placed for customers below the age of 20 will be cancelled upon delivery. We do not deliver to house help which include maids or drivers.
EcigUAE.com provides 2 months warranty on all device purchases, the warranty procedure will be detailed below. Please note disposables are not under warranty and the sale is final.

Please ensure you read the user manual prior you start using the device, as each device would require a slightly different operation steps. Also ensure that you prime the coil prior usage, otherwise the coil would be destroyed (User missuse is not covered by warranty)
If you are experiencing difficulties with the device please email us at email@example.com along with your #order number# so we support accordingly.
Once we initiate the warranty procedure, we would instruct a courier agent to collect the device (it should be provided with the packaging to root out the manufacturing line).
- The device with the packaging will be sent to our manufacturer supplier for inspection and they would take between 5 to 10 business days.
- If the device passes the warranty claim procedure (warranty applied) we will initiate an instant refund + little more to rectify the experience
- if the device fails the warranty claim procedure (warranty does not apply) we will send the device back to the customer, the shipping fees should be covered by the customer (29AED)
Any approved refunds will be sent to the customer via store credit on their members loyalty account. EcigUAE will not refund via cash or wire transfer.
You can return a product if it is not a part of the consumables (eliquid, coils, disposable vapes, etc) list and if you have received:
a) An incorrect product (if the product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags).
b) A damaged / defective product (defects on the device).
c) If you have changed your mind or placed a wrong order, we will only accept a return under certain conditions:
